I put this quick and dirty version of what I know to be true about weight loss into the universe because it contains a message the world needs to hear. The message that no amount of diet and exercise information will ever help the average person to lose weight because the average person is driven into unhealthy behaviors for reasons that go much deeper than ‘willpower’ or ‘discipline.’
In this book, I highlight why our primal brain, modern environment of abundance, toxic culture, and constant need to self-medicate with food, alcohol, laziness, and technological distraction prevents us from applying the actions we already know we need to take.
This book has been read more than 10,000 times, has been a multi-category Amazon bestseller, and is in the process of being updated and re-edited.
