Bi-Annual Coaching Group:
Twice per year I run a small coaching group for those who struggle with eating and exercise behaviours. In this group I address issues like self-sabotage, binge eating, late night snacking, and an inability to stick to exercise programs. Each member of the group is given a custom diet and exercise program, access to behaviour change tools, and weekly communication with me where we work on individual problem solving.
